This Website provides the facility for you to:

7. Problems, Returns, Shipping and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, please contact us and we shall strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Orders will be packaged within 48hours of us receiving notification and posted by 1st class post.

Fabrics can not be returned when cut.

Notions that are faulty can be returned within 7 days of proof of purchase.

These Terms and Conditions (and also the Privacy Policy) may be amended from time to time and it is your responsibility to review them.

Retention policy

ComeTo Quilt will process personal data for the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for seven years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After seven years any personal data not needed will be deleted.

Data is held on secure servers within the United Kingdom. ComeToQuilt does not store or transfer personal data outside the EEA.
