FROM M5 (Southbound)
Leave M5 at Junction 23 – Bridgwater. Take the 3rd exit off motorway roundabout and at the next roundabout take 1st exit heading towards Bridgwater. Keep going straight and you will get to the ringroad round Bridgwater. Go past Morrisons on your left. At the next large intersection (traffic lights) go left towards Enmore.
Keep going straight. You are now heading out of Bridgwater. Take the next left after the West India House pub on your left. This left will be signposted Durleigh. Stay on this road. It sweeps sharp right going past the reservoir on the right. Keep going past the Enmore Golf Club (right), past the Enmore Inn (left), past the Tyne Arms (left), past Enmore primary school (right.)In approx 2.5 miles you will come to a choice point with burnt down building on your right. Turn left – signposted Broomfield and Fyne Court. We are exactly ½ mile from this point. Drive through the wooded area and just as it clears and the road dips a little we are the 1st field gate on the left with 2 shop blackboards out on the verge. If you get to a place with cream pillars you have gone about 200yds too far.
FROM M3, A303, A358 and FROM EXETER (M5 North) Follow the A303 (look out for the A303 turnoff from the M3 just after Basingstoke). Take the A358 at the end of the Ilminster by-pass. This road is also signed towards the M5. Go under (not on!) M5 and keep heading for Taunton. If coming from Exeter on M5 (North), leave M5 at Junction 25 and turn Left towards Taunton. Go over roundabout not far from M5 roundabout. After passing Asda on left, move in to right hand lane on approaching another large roundabout. At this roundabout (large trading estate on opposite side), turn right and go over a bridge on the left hand side of which is Travel Inn and Brewster’s. At the roundabout (Priorswood) on the other side of the Bridge, turn left. At the first traffic lights, go straight and at the second traffic lights (about 30 meters later) stay in the right lane ‘Kingston St Mary’. At the third set of lights (20 meters later!), go straight ahead towards, and then through, Kingston St Mary. Follow the road sharply right past The Swan pub in Kingston, keep going until you get to the top of the hill and come to a cross roads with a burnt down building in front of you. You are now ½ mile away. Take the acute right hand turn marked ‘Fyne Court’ and ‘Broomfield’. We are the first gateway on your left with 2 shop signs on the verge.
If you use SAT NAV it will most probably take you into Broomfield village, if this happens please have the church and Fyne Court on your right. Follow the road to the T junction (little green with signpost and creamish coloured house on the right) turn right here and follow the road up the winding hill, past Westleigh Manor (Cream walls with large balls on top). We are the next entrance on the right. 2 shop signs on the verge.
From Minehead go towards Bishops Lydeard drive through the village keep driving till you come to 5 choices with a burnt building on the left ( use to be The Pines Café) go straight over towards Fyne Court and Broomfield we are exactly ½ mile on the left just as you come out of the woods. 2 shop sign on the verge.
